I am so pleased that she is now published with this book as I read the rough draft many years ago and was thrilled with the content.  Mary is perhaps the most unique writer I have ever met.  Her manner of expressing herself will captivate the reader and thrill you to the events and people contained in the novel.

This novel brings the humanity of Jesus right down to where we live.  Ya gotta read this one!

I’m currently wrting in the area of page 180 on the sequel to Lonely Are The Hunted.  This area of the book has faught back as far as the direction I’ve planned to go with it, where “Lonely” never did that!  But I’m winning!  The title of the new work is Mountain Odyssey.

I’m also working my way along on a modern day Christian fiction novel based in the future and dealing with two families who struggle to survive the near holocaust conditions found in the US at the time.  This novel sets a Christian family with dear friends who are dedicated non-Christians and chronicals the struggles for a middle ground while still maintaining their individual beliefs.

Realizing the difficulties of balancing this world’s desires against the right desires of a true, dedicated faith is not always an easy task and writing this novel often challenges me to rethink my own directions!

Great news; my dear frined and fellow author, Mary Mueller, will soon have a new book published by White Feather Press!  Mary’s novel, Stargazer – Mary the mother of Jesus, is a compelling novel based on the life of Mary and her family as God calls her to be the mother of the Savior of the world.

Her wonderful word pictures of life during those times will draw you to Mary and Jesus, to the rest of those involved, and as Skip Coryell, publisher of White Feather says, “It will bring the reader to a better understanding of the true humanity of Jesus.  This book is going to change lives.”

We had a wonderful day at the Defiance Library book signing.  We met a lot of new friends and  a couple of old ones, (young old ones) and the library folks did a really first class job of making us feel welcome with refreshments, etc.

Spoke to the Liberty Center, Ohio, rotary club before that with a great meal and got to see a lot of old friends from our days and years there.  (Don’t ask how many!)

I really love speaking engagements, so if you need a speaker for your banquet or other gathering, give me a call or contact me through the web site.

An opportunity has come up to have a booth at the Henry County Fairgrounds during the fall festival on Sept 6th so we will be rescheduling the signing at the Napoleon Library for a later date, probably late fall or early winter.

Come visit, then see some fantastic hot rods and classic cars at the same time!

I will be holding a book signing at the Napoleon, Ohio Public Library on Saturday, September the 6th from noon to 2:00 PM.  Come see me there, we’ll share some time together just visiting if nothing else!

Please note I have had to change the times of the book signing at the Liberty Center Library to 11AM to 1PM Saturday the 26th of July.  I apologize for any inconvenience because of this, but life got in the way!

I listed the book signing at the Defiance, Ohio Public Library as being in August when I should have listed it as September the 27th.  I guess I must be in a hurry to go to Defiance to meet the fine folks there!

Well all, the beginning of marketing my book is underway.    I’ve been blessed to schedule a couple of book signings, one on July 26th at the Liberty Center, Ohio Public Library from 10:00 AM ’til 3:00 PM and then at the Defiance, Ohio Public Library on the 27th of August from 1:00 PM ’til 3:00 PM.

I love meeting these opeople who just love books!   Please be aware of my desire to gain speaking engagements also.  any one and every one is a target! 

Father-son banquets, sportsman clubs, western shooter clubs, etc. are all fair game.  I gear my talks to where ever I am and focus on the positive aspects of life and the adventures to be had by us “ordinary” people!

Well, as the release of my first novel nears I can almost feel the disappointment of years of waiting fade into the background.  The frustration of attempting to get a publisher or literary agent to even read a manuscript is now simply non-existent.

White feather Press has given me the start I desired as a writer and I shall be ever grateful to Skip Coryell for that.  They shall also remain my publisher for as long as they want for I am a dedicated friend and partner to those who help me achieve my goals.

Another friend who must be recognized for his devout work and dedicated service is my web designer, Greg Burkholder.  Greg is simply one of the best!  His talents, skills, and friendship have been priceless, not only in the development of the website, but in life.  Thanks, Pard.

You, the readers, are also helping me with these goals.  My prayers are that each and every one of you who reads my books will be blessed by the time spent, and that you will be rewarded for your interest in my work.  Therefore, I am also dedicated to you.
